Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:

At SPR, we deliver the majority of our products across the UK and aim to reach our customers as soon as possible.

Please note that if you're ordering from Northern Ireland or Channel Islands, delivery may take longer than expected. Additionally, some products may be delivered directly from our manufacturers which will also take a little longer. 

Our delivery charges are dependent of various factors including: delivery period, size, weight and type of service. Therefore, larger products will have a higher delivery charge. You will find the delivery charges on the checkout page.

If you spend £150 or more on our products, delivery is free!

To get large bulk deliveries via our vans, please give us a ring and we'll arrange this for you.

*This offer only to those in the UK - If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please give us a call and we'll arrange a discounted delivery charge for spending over the £150 amount. 

Returns Policy:

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in the condition they were purchased in i.e. unopened / original packaging. We will refund the price of the goods (excl. delivery charges) in full. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

Any items wishing to be returned beyond the 14 day return period are only eligible for exchange.

No refunds will be processed until the goods are back at our premises

Warranty

Please call us on 024 7666 1990 if you have an issue, we can attend to it urgently that way.

New parts carry a 6 months warranty. Except bushes which carry a 3 month warranty. Reconditioned and used units do not carry a warranty.

If you are unsure if this item is correct please contact us with your registration!

Our warranty specifically covers the part only; it does not cover labour costs, car hire, garage fees, additional parts etc.

Items bought in error can be returned for a refund or exchange, however the customer is responsible for the return postage costs and it may include a handling fee. Also, the postage cost we incurred for sending you the item (even those listed with free postage) will be deducted from the money we return to you. Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice must also be included (where applicable); items returned without a copy of the original invoice will not be able to be processed.

Items returned as faulty will be sent for testing before a replacement or refund can be offered (assuming the product is found to be faulty.)

Certain items carry a test fee. If the item is found to be not faulty, there is often a test fee passed to us and this will need to be covered before the non faulty part can be returned.

We will not replace/refund items that have been broken during fitting or have been incorrectly fitted.
